About approval of the Strategy of development for system of penitentiary administration for 2016-2020 and the Action plan on its implementation

Based on provisions of Item 8) article 12 of the Law No. 64-XII of May 31, 1990 on the Government (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 131-133, 1018), with subsequent changes and amendments, and article 26 of the Law No. 98 of May 4, 2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), and also for the purpose of creation of strategic base in the field of system of penitentiary administration, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

The strategy of development for system of penitentiary administration for 2016-2020 according to appendix No. 1;

The action plan on implementation of the Strategy of development for system of penitentiary administration for 2016-2020 according to appendix No. 2.

2. To the involved bodies and organizations to promote accomplishment of the actions and tasks established in the Strategy of development for system of penitentiary administration for 2016-2020 and the Action plan on its implementation.

3. To perform financing of the measures provided in the Action plan on implementation of the Strategy of development for system of penitentiary administration for 2016-2020 for the account and within the means approved in budgets of the organizations responsible for its implementation. The approximate cost of actions for implementation of the Plan will be approved proceeding from amounts of the means available in the government budget.

4. Declare invalid:
