Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 8, 2010 No. 697 "About single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 38, Art. 4823; 2011, No. 24, Art. 3503; No. 49, Art. 7284; 2013, No. 45, Art. 5827; 2014, No. 12, Art. 1303; No. 42, Art. 5746; No. 48, Art. 6862, 6876; No. 50, Art. 7113).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since August 1, 2017

Changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 8, 2010 No. 697

1. Add with Item 6 of the following content:

"6. Determine that day of receipt of interdepartmental request in body or the organization day of the room of interdepartmental request in queue of requests according to technical requirements to interaction of information systems in single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction is considered.".

2. In the Regulations on single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction approved by the specified resolution:

a) add Item 6 with the subitem "e" of the following content:

"e) ensuring accounting of number of the electronic messages transferred in system of interaction by bodies and organizations within process of provision of the state or municipal service or execution of the state or municipal function.";

b) add Item 7 with the subitem "zh" of the following content:
