For the purpose of widespread introduction of modern information and communication technologies in activities of notaries and improvement of quality of the services Cabinet of Ministers rendered to the population decides:
1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Justice and Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan on enforcement of the automated information system "Notary" providing:
automation of the procedures connected with implementation of notarial actions;
forming of the single database on prohibitions of alienation and to arrest of real estate and automotor-vehicles;
rendering the state services when implementing notarial actions by interdepartmental electronic interaction.
2. Approve:
Regulations on procedure for the notarial certificate of transactions of purchase and sale, exchange and donation of real estate using interdepartmental electronic interaction according to appendix No. 1;
The list of the data exchanged by means of interdepartmental electronic interaction according to appendix No. 2.
3. Determine that the notarial certificate of transactions of purchase and sale, exchanges and donations of real estate using interdepartmental electronic interaction is performed:
in the city of Tashkent - since July 1, 2017;
on all territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (except for the city of Tashkent) - since July 1, 2018.
At the same time on all territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (except for the city of Tashkent) verification of presence of debt using interdepartmental electronic interaction for electric utility service and gas supply is performed since January 1, 2019, for services of heat supply, water supply and water disposal is performed since January 1, 2021.
