About ensuring effective use of gas-distribution systems or their components

According to the paragraph to the second part one of article 37 of the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market", Article 5, to Item "About management of objects of state-owned property" and article 179 of the Economic code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides 16 parts one of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve enclosed:

Standard agreement of lease of gas-distribution systems or their components;

Approximate agreement of operation of gas-distribution systems or their components.

2. Determine the Department of Energy governing body of gas-distribution systems which owner is the state, or their compound (further - gas-distribution systems).

3. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 25, 1998 No. 747 "About creation of National joint stock company "Naftogaz of Ukraine" - with the changes made by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2012 No. 770 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 63, the Art. 2576) and of September 30, 2015 No. 796 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 81, the Art. 2700), changes which are applied.

4. To the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry together with operators of gas-distribution systems for the purpose of settlement of use of gas-distribution systems before entry into force of paragraph two of Item 1 of this resolution to accept stipulated by the legislation measures, in particular for the conclusion till April 10, 2017 of agreements of operation of gas-distribution systems or their components which will become effective since May 1, 2017.
