RESOLUTION OF NATIONAL STATISTICAL COMMITTEE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About modification and amendments in the Instruction on the organization and carrying out selective state statistical observation of the prices and rates for consumer goods and the paid services rendered to the population

Based on the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction on the organization and carrying out selective state statistical observation of the prices and rates for consumer goods and the paid services rendered to the population, approved by the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 12, 2013 No. 244 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 12.12. 2013, 7/2637; 20:12. 2014, 7/3005; 15:12. 2015, 7/3323), following changes and amendments:

1.1. in the paragraph the twelfth Item 2 shall be replaced with words the word "information" "primary statistical data";

1.2. to state part one of Item 25 in the following edition:

"25. Registration of the prices (rates) for specific goods (service) is performed by filling of form of the state statistical observation 12-consumer prices (rates) "Data on consumer prices (rates) for goods and the services rendered to the population" (further - the form of form).";

1.3. in Item 26:

in part one of figure "1" and "2" to replace respectively with words "A" and "B";

in part two of figure "3" and "8" to replace respectively with figures "1" and "6";

in part three of figure "8", "12", "3" and "7" to replace respectively with figures "6", "10", "1" and "5";

in part four to replace figure "9" with figure "7";

in part five of figure "10" to replace with figure "8";

in part six of figure "11" and "12" to replace respectively with figures "9" and "10";

1.4. in Item 27:

exclude part one;

the second or sixth to consider parts respectively parts first or heel;

in part one:

the first offer to state in the following edition:

"27. On the line "Average Price (Rate)" in columns 5 and 10 of the form of form the compound price (rate) calculated from indicators on the basic organizations included in the form of form for calculation of average price (rate) (except for noted) in reporting and last months is reflected.";

the second offer after words of "average price" to add with the word of "(rate)";

the fifth to state part in the following edition:

"Data on the line "Average Price (Rate)" in column 10 of the form of form are divided into data on the line "Average Price (Rate)" in column 5 of the form of form, the calculated indicator is reflected on the line "Price Relative". The result is rounded to four signs after comma.";

1.5. in Item 28 part two to replace figure "9" with figure "7";

1.6. in Item part one 35, Item 50, to replace parts two of Item 51 of figure "6", "11", "7" and "12" respectively with figures "4", "9", "5" and "10";

1.7. add Item 36 with parts of the twentieth-twenty second of the following content:

"On the service "use of the elevator" the monthly payment (at the time of service payment by the population) expected one person is registered.

In case of determination of payment for use of the elevator are subject to registration:

rate for maintenance of the elevator;

the maximum permissible amount of expense recovery of the electric power for work of the installations providing movement of the elevator calculated on one apartment apartment house living in premises.

For determination of the general pay level for use of the elevator the size of cost of these types of service should be summed up.";

1.8. the second Item 49 to state part in the following edition:

"The monthly subscriber fee for use of services of cellular mobile telecommunication, time payment for conversation and payment for mobile access to the Internet is subject to registration. Rates (by tariff plans which are in the greatest demand for the population) for conversation in network, with subscribers of network of stationary telecommunication, with subscribers of networks of cellular mobile telecommunication of other operators of telecommunication, for transfer of Sms, for 15 MB over Internet traffic included in subscriber fee are registered. On them the average weighed rate where as specific weights the structure of ratio of sales amount of these types of service of cellular mobile telecommunication in their general sales amount is used is calculated.";

1.9. in Item 52:

in part three of figure "6" and "11" to replace respectively with figures "4" and "9";

in part four of figure "7" and "12" to replace respectively with figures "5" and "10";

in part five of figure "6", "11", "7" and "12" to replace respectively with figures "4", "9", "5" and "10";

1.10. state appendices 2-6 in the following edition:
