About modification of the Regulations on Expert service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

According to the Law of Ukraine "About judicial examination", and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine I ORDER to the subitem 20 of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 878,:

1. Bring in the Regulations on Expert service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of November 3, 2015 No. 1343, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 6, 2015 at No. 1390/27835, the following changes:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 14 of the word "the deputy minister of internal affairs of Ukraine-the chief of staff" "the state secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine";

2) in appendix to the Provision:

in paragraph nine to exclude the word "regional";

exclude paragraph 25.

2. To the state center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine research expert criminalistic (Fedotov A. A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
