About transformation of the Interstate advisory board "Radionavigation"
Economic council of the Commonwealth of Independent States at the request of the governments of the State Parties of the CIS
solved:
1. Transform the Interstate advisory board "Radionavigation" to Interstate council "Radionavigation".
2. Approve Regulations on Interstate council "Radionavigation" it (is applied).
3. Declare invalid the Decision of Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States of April 28, 1993 about approval of the Regulations on the Interstate advisory board "Radionavigation".
This Decision becomes effective from the date of its signing, and for the states which legislation requires passing of the interstate procedures necessary for the introduction of this Decision to force, - from the date of delivery on storage to depositary of the notification on accomplishment of the mentioned procedures.
It is made in the city of Moscow on March 16, 2001 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
