Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2012 No. 36 "About procedure for maintaining and bringing to data of organizers of gamblings of the list of the physical persons limited in visit of gambling institutions" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 27.12.2012, 8/26667).
3. This resolution becomes effective since February 28, 2017.
