for the purpose of implementation of the coordinated actions for creation and development of network of the transport corridors passing on the territories of state members of Eurasian economic community

in view of the work on forming and development of the international transport corridors which is carried out by the Economic Commission for Europe of the UN, the Economic and social commission of the UN for Asia and the Pacific region and the Organization of cooperation of the railroads

aiming to use effectively geographical arrangement of state members of Eurasian economic community,

intending and to enhance further the modes of transit transportations of passengers and loads according to the international obligations of the states of the Parties,

agreed as follows:

Article 1 of Determination

In this agreement the following terms are applied:

"transport corridor of Eurasian economic community (transport corridor)" - set of the main transport communications (as which are existing, and newly created), passing on the territories of the states of the Parties (with the corresponding arrangement of different types of transport) and the passengers providing transportations and loads in the international message on the direction them the greatest concentration;
