Bring in Rules of the admission of the organizations to activities for carrying out special assessment of working conditions, their registration in the register of the organizations which are carrying out special assessment of working conditions, suspensions and the terminations of activities for carrying out special assessment of working conditions, and also forming and maintaining the register of the organizations which are carrying out special assessment of working conditions approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2014 No. 599 "About procedure for the admission of the organizations to activities for carrying out special assessment of working conditions, their registration in the register of the organizations which are carrying out special assessment of working conditions, suspensions and the terminations of activities for carrying out special assessment of working conditions, and also forming and maintaining the register of the organizations which are carrying out special assessment of working conditions" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 27, the Art. 3780), the following changes:
a) in Item 5:
add the subitem "a" with words ", names and the locations of branches and representative offices of the organization (in the presence)";
in the subitem "e" of the word "on one of specialties-the doctor on general hygiene, the doctor on occupational health, the doctor on sanitary and hygienic laboratory researches" shall be replaced with words "on one of specialties - general hygiene, occupational health, sanitary and hygienic laboratory researches";
