1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on standardization concerning products (works, services) for which the requirements connected with safety in the field of use of atomic energy, and also the processes and other subjects of standardization connected with such products are established.

2. State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" in 6-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 1, 2013 No. 173 "About approval of the Regulations on features of standardization of products (works, services) for which the requirements connected with safety in the field of use of atomic energy, and also design processes (including researches), productions, constructions, installation, adjustment, operation, storage, transportation, realization, utilization and burial of the specified products" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 10, the Art. 1026) are established.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
