2. Determine that the changes approved by this resolution are applied in case of calculation of payment for negative impact on the environment in case of emissions in atmospheric air of the pollutants which are formed when burning on torch installations and (or) dispersion of associated petroleum gas since January 1, 2016, except for subitems "e" and "z" of item 4.
3. Subitems "e" and "z" of item 4 of the changes approved by this resolution become effective since January 1, 2017
