About modification of Items 13 and 14 of Rules of implementation of bank support of contracts

1. Bring in the Rules of implementation of bank support of contracts approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 20, 2014 No. 963 "About implementation of bank support of contracts" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 39, the Art. 5259), the following changes:
