1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of August 16, 2011 No. 40 "About approval of form of submission of the offer on implementation of public-private partnership", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 20, 2011 on No. 1217/19955.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to submit to department of investment attraction this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
