1. Approve form of submission of the offer concerning implementation of state private partnership which is applied.

2. To department of investment and innovative policy and development of state private partnership:

provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgate this order on the official website of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
