About some questions of distribution of amounts of the tariff quotas to import of separate types of meat

According to Item 1 of article 16-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2004 "On regulation of trading activity" I ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) amounts of the tariff quotas for 2017 for import to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the meat occurring and imported from the countries with which at the participating countries of the Eurasian Economic Union free-trade agreements are not signed or exist withdrawals from free trade regime concerning goods;

2) distribution of amounts of the tariff quotas between historical suppliers for 2017 (the 1st stage).

2. To provide to department of regulation of trading activity of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy in printing and electronic type on official publication in periodic printing editions, and also in the Republican center of legal information for entering into Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
