to the Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation of February 14, 2017 No. 49
1. In subitems "an" and "b" of Item 4.8.2 of the word "km 55,5 (30 m of miles)" shall be replaced with words "km 42,6 (23 m of miles)".

designation SID on which flight shall be resumed if according to Item 5.3.25.4 of these rules the prior notice of flight renewal was not provided;
the permitted echelon according to Item 5.3.25 of these rules;
location in which it is supposed to resume flight on SID".

designation is OLD on which flight shall be resumed if according to Item 5.4.6.4 of these rules the prior notice of flight renewal was not provided;
the permitted echelon according to Item 5.4.6 of these rules;
location in which it is supposed to resume flight on it is OLD".

11. Add Chapter XI with Items 11.18 - 11.18.2 in the following edition:
"11:18. After it is determined that any aircraft carries out emergency decrease, the body of Department of Internal Affairs immediately takes the following actions:
transfer of the emergency broadcasting message;
transfer to the aircrafts affected by this decrease, information on air traffic and/or instructions;
notification on the minimum absolute flight altitude and installation of the altimeter in zone of accomplishment of flights;
informing other bodies of Department of Internal Affairs which can be mentioned by this emergency decrease.
11.18.1. In case of the first practical opportunity the pilot of the aircraft which is carrying out emergency decrease takes the following actions:
carries out flight in the direction chosen at discretion;
notifies the Department of Internal Affairs relevant organ on emergency decrease and if it is possible about the intentions;
establishes code of the defendant 7700 and chooses proper emergency operation of the equipment of AZN-V and/or AZN-K;
includes outside onboard fires (according to the existing operational restrictions);
watches aircrafts which can create conflict situation as visually, and by means of onboard system of the prevention of collisions (in case of its availability);
after completion of emergency decrease approves the further intentions with the Department of Internal Affairs relevant organ.
11.18.2. The pilot of the aircraft accepting the broadcasting message on emergency decrease in the absence of specific specifying of body of Department of Internal Affairs about exit from zone or the threat caused by direct danger takes the following actions:
a) continues to carry out flight according to the current dispatching permission and to conduct wiretapping of the used frequency for receipt of any additional instructions of body of Department of Internal Affairs;
b) watches aircrafts which can create conflict situation as visually, and by means of onboard system of the prevention of collisions (in case of its availability)".
