About approval of standard form of the contract on service in police and the Procedure for the conclusion of the contract on service in police

According to article 63 of the Law of Ukraine "About National police" and for the purpose of streamlining of conditions and bases of the conclusion of the contract on service in police I order:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) the Standard form of the contract on service in police;

2) the Procedure for the conclusion of the contract on service in police.

2. To department of forming of policy for authorities under control to the Minister and monitoring of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Bodnar V. E.) provide in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
