To state the text of the Section IV in the following edition:
"1. Nationality of the Republic of Uzbekistan can be lost based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About nationality of the Republic of Uzbekistan" in the following cases:
a) if concerning the citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan there are documents or other authentic data confirming receipt him on military service in army of foreign state, security service, and also in police, judicial authorities or other state governing bodies in foreign state.
