3. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister - the minister of agricultural and water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan Z. T. Mirzayev.

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 2, 2000 No. 424 "About measures for providing the village with agricultural machinery on the terms of leasing" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2000, Art. No. 11 70):
a) in paragraph one of Item 1 of the word "TAO "Kishlokhuzhalikkimyo" SAC "Uzkimyosanoat"" shall be replaced with words "territorial JSC Agrokimyokhimoya of JSC Uzagrokimyokhimoya;
