About approval of the Regulations on the Unified State Register of Rights of the requirement of personal estate

In pursuance of article 21-1 of the Law the Kyrgyz of the Republic "About pledge", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on the Unified State Register of Rights of the requirement of personal estate (further - the Provision) according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to take the measures directed to realization of regulations of the above-stated Provision.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of examination and legal support of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1. General provisions

1. The regulations on the Unified State Register of Rights of the requirement of personal estate determine the purposes and tasks of the Unified State Register of Rights of the requirement of personal estate (further - ЕГРПТнДИ).

2. ЕГРПТнДИ - the single electronic database of the registered rights of requirements for obligation fulfillment (under the agreement) concerning personal estate.
