About approval of the Import procedure of biological control organisms for carrying out scientific research or biological control and harmful organisms which are delivered for the research purposes

According to article 35 of the Law of Ukraine "About quarantine of plants" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Import procedure of biological control organisms for carrying out scientific research or biological control and harmful organisms which are delivered for the research purposes which is applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

Import procedure of biological control organisms for carrying out scientific research or biological control and harmful organisms which are delivered for the research purposes

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of import to Ukraine of biological control organisms for carrying out scientific research or biological control and harmful organisms which are delivered for the research purposes.

2. In this Procedure terms are used in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About quarantine of plants".

3. Import biological control organisms for carrying out scientific research or biological control and harmful organisms which are delivered for the research purposes shall be followed by originals of phytosanitary certificates.

4. For the purpose of import of biological control organism for carrying out scientific research or biological control and harmful organism which is delivered for the research purposes person in 30 working days prior to import submits to Ukraine to Gosprodpotrebsluzhbe the letter of appeal in which are specified:

full name and location of the exporter;
