About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 30, 2012 No. 137 and of May 31, 2012 No. 512

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 30, 2012 No. 137 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out mandatory engineering supervision and amounts of check of technical condition of vehicles, the technical description and sample of the protocol of check of technical condition of the vehicle" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 16, Art. 581; 2014, No. 78, Art. 2241; 2016, No. 3, the Art. 171) and of May 31, 2012 No. 512 "About approval of the Procedure for forming of the nation-wide database about results of mandatory engineering supervision of vehicles, access to it and establishments of the amount of payment for provision of such services" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 44, Art. 1700; 2016, No. 3, the Art. 171) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective in two months from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 30, 2012 No. 137 and of May 31, 2012 No. 512

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 30, 2012 No. 137:

1) according to the procedure of carrying out mandatory engineering supervision and amounts of check of technical condition of the vehicles approved by the specified resolution:

in Item 2:

to add the subitem 6 after the word "code" with the word "assessment";

state subitem 7 in the following edition:

"7) control method means of check - check of technical condition of the vehicle with use of the test equipment, computer equipment with the specialized software and (or) means of the measuring equipment;";
