Some questions of social protection of insured persons

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. According to article 37 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance" to approve conversion factor of the amounts of monthly insurance payments since March 1, 2017 in the amount of 1,236.

2. Bring in Item of 1 appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2014 No. 675 "About approval of proportions of distribution of single fee to obligatory national social insurance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 97, Art. 2800; 2016, No. 16, Art. 652, No. 97, Art. 3149; 2017, No. 4, Art. 121) following changes:

The second figures of "6,3596" to replace 1) in the paragraph with figures of "5,8797";

In paragraph three of figure of "11,1204" to replace 2) with figures of "10,2754";

In paragraph four of figure of "82,52" to replace 3) with figures of "83,8449".

3. To the ministry of social policy for improvement of quality of provision of social services at the expense of insurance means to submit for consideration of board of Social Insurance Fund of the offer on introduction of the mechanism of expense recovery for the provided services sanatorium and to treatment and prevention facilities at the choice of insured persons.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item 2, which becomes effective since April 1, 2017, and Item 1, which is applied since March 1, 2017.
