According to the subitem 9) of Item 2 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About rail transport", I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Freight list, subject to maintenance by the militarized protection in transit by rail.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 23, 2004 No. 285-I "About approval of the Freight list, subject to maintenance by the militarized protection in transit by rail" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 2970).

3. To committee of means of communication of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Baydauletov N. T.) provide submission of this order for state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.
