1. Bring in the Procedure for measure definition of the average salary (income) in Ukraine with which insurance premiums are paid and which according to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" is considered for calculation of pension, No. 4-4, approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of February 01, 2008 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 22, 2008 at No. 146/14837, the following changes:

in Section 3:

in Item 3.1 of the word "Ministries of the Income and Charges" shall be replaced with words "The public fiscal service of Ukraine";

in paragraph three of Item 3.2 of the word "Ministries of the Income and Charges" shall be replaced with words "The public fiscal service of Ukraine" and "(them)" to exclude words.

2. To legal management (Ryabtseva T. B.) together with department of payments in the pension system and protection of the rights of insured persons (Homenko S. P.) to submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
