About approval of Changes in the Standard agreement of transportation of natural gas
According to paragraph one of part two of article 32 of the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities decides:
1. Approve Changes in the Standard agreement of transportation of the natural gas approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities, of September 30, 2015 No. 2497, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 6, 2015 at No. 1383/27828, which are applied.
2. To department on regulation of the relations in the oil and gas sphere within two years to perform monitoring of size of actually used capacity of object of the direct consumer.
NKREKP in three years to perform the comprehensive analysis of the mechanism of determination of size of the ordered capacity of object of the direct consumer and to consider question of feasibility of modification of the Standard agreement of transportation of natural gas following the results of such analysis.
3. On regulation of the relations in the oil and gas sphere to provide to department submission of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
