About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Changes and additions made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 2, 2008 No. UP-4059 "About Creation of Free Industrial and Economic Zone in the Navoiy Region":

a) to exclude the word "industrial" from the name;

b) in Item 1:

word in paragraph one "the free industrial and economic zone "Navoiy" (further - SIEZ)" shall be replaced with words "the free economic zone of Navoiy (further - SEZ)";

to exclude the word "industrial" from paragraph two;

c) in Item 2:

to exclude the word "industrial" from paragraph two;

in paragraphs three, the fourth and seventh to replace abbreviation of "SIEZ" with abbreviation of "SEZ";
