About modification of the Instruction about movement of cash and bank metals through customs border of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 44, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 3, of 11, of 12, 13 Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1993 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Item 2 of Chapter 2 of the Instruction on movement of cash and bank metals through customs border of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 27, 2008 No. 148, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 11, 2008 on No. 520/15211 (with changes) to state in the following edition:

"2. Physical resident person has the right to import into Ukraine and to export out of limits of Ukraine cash in the amount exceeding 10 000 euros in equivalent on condition of written declaring to customs authority in full and in the presence of the documents confirming cash withdrawal from accounts in banks (financial institutions), and the receipt on implementation of currency exchange transaction with this cash if that took place, is exclusive on that amount which exceeds 10 000 euros in equivalent.
