1. Approve Aviation rules of determination of serviceability of the radio engineering equipment installed in airfields (helidromes) of the state aircraft of the Republic of Belarus (are applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.

1. In these Aviation rules the requirements of serviceability of the land radio engineering and lighting equipment of divisions of communication and radio engineering ensuring flights established in airfields (helidromes) of the state aircraft of the Republic of Belarus are determined (further - airfields).
2. For the purposes of these Aviation rules the following terms and their determinations are applied:
serviceability of the radio engineering and lighting equipment - category of technical condition of the land radio engineering and lighting equipment of division of communication and the radio engineering ensuring flights established in airfield according to the approved scheme in case of which its application to destination is allowed;
critical zone of course radio beacon (glissadny radio beacon) - space around course or glissadny radio beacon in which the parking or movement of vehicles, including aircrafts, causes inadmissible change of parameters of radio beacon;
the equipment of system of landing - the minimum structure of the land radio engineering and lighting equipment of division of communication and radio engineering providing which allows the commander of crew of the aircraft to perform exit to the area of airfield, to carry out maneuver for landing approach and decrease to the height of decision making established for the aircraft of each type;
governing bodies of aircraft - governing bodies of type (sort) of Armed Forces, and also the structural divisions of republican state bodies, republican state public association "Volunteer Society for Cooperation with the Army, Aviation, and Fleet of the Republic of Belarus" intended for the organization and operational management by activities of the state aircraft;
division of communication and radio engineering providing - structural division of providing aviation (military unit) which aviation personnel carry out tasks on radio engineering ensuring flights of aircrafts using being in the state (the sheet to the state) this division of land means of communication and radio engineering ensuring flights of aircrafts;
radio beacon-type system - the land radio engineering devices of radio beacon-type system of tool calling of airplanes on landing (except onboard radio engineering devices and the onboard equipment of the automated system of flight control of the air vessel laboratory) working with the decimeter wave band, established in airfield, operated by forces of aviation personnel of divisions of communication and radio engineering ensuring flights and intended for transfer on the onboard equipment of aircrafts of information necessary for control of aircrafts in the course of landing approach and during landing time;
radar control with use of the radar-tracking system of landing - complex of the actions which are carried out by forces and means of divisions of communication and radio engineering ensuring flights for providing with radar information persons which are part of group of management of flights in airfield for control of the state aircrafts in near zone and zone of landing;
the radio engineering equipment - the land means of communication and radio engineering providing divisions of communication and radio engineering providing intended for ensuring flights of the state aircraft and established in airfield;
the lighting equipment - system of the light-signal equipment of airfield, including code neon light beacons and airfield projector beacons, intended for ensuring flights of the state aircrafts in difficult weather conditions day and night;
system of the light-signal equipment of airfield - set of the fires placed in airfield according to certain scheme and intended for ensuring take-off, landing approach, landing and taxing of the aircraft.
3. For the purposes of these Aviation rules the following reducings are applied:
APM - airfield projector beacon;
APP - airfield landing searchlight;
ARP - automatic radio direction finder;
BPRM - near drive radio beacon;
VISP - portable indicators of system of landing with the equipment of display of navigation information;
The runway - landing strip;
AF - the aircraft;
GGS - loud-speaking communication;
GRM - glissadny radio beacon;
GRP - group of management of flights;
Fuel and lubricants - fuel and lubricants;
DOSAAF - republican state public association "Volunteer Society for Cooperation with the Army, Aviation, and Fleet of the Republic of Belarus";
DPRM - distant drive radio beacon;
DRL - the dispatching radar;
DU - remote control;
KDP - command control office;
KNS - code neon light beacon;
KRM - course radio beacon;
KSA - complex of the automation equipment;
KTA - control point of airfield (helidrome);
