Changes which are made to the Resolution of Council of Ministers - the Governments of the Russian Federation of October 23, 1993 No. 1090

1. In the Traffic regulations of the Russian Federation approved by the specified resolution:

a) in Item 10.3:

in the paragraph the second to "cars" shall be replaced with words words to "motorcycles, cars";

in paragraph three of the word "and to motorcycles" to exclude;

b) add with Item 20.2 (1) the following content:
