About enhancement of regulation of import to the Republic of Uzbekistan and export from the Republic of Uzbekistan of ozone-depleting substances and products containing them

For the purpose of enhancement and streamlining of measures of state regulation of import to the Republic of Uzbekistan and export from the Republic of Uzbekistan of ozone-depleting substances and products containing them, the ozone-depleting substances directed to implementation of the National program for the termination of use, and also according to the Commodity nomenclature of the foreign economic activity based on the Harmonized commodity description and coding system (the version of 2002), the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve:

The list of ozone-depleting substances, import to the Republic of Uzbekistan and of which export from the Republic of Uzbekistan is performed on the permissions issued by the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on conservation according to appendix No. 1;

The list of products, import to the Republic of Uzbekistan and of which export from the Republic of Uzbekistan is performed on the permissions issued by the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on conservation if it contains ozone-depleting substances, according to appendix No. 2;

Regulations on procedure for import to the Republic of Uzbekistan and export from the Republic of Uzbekistan of ozone-depleting substances and products containing them according to appendix No. 3;

import quotas to the Republic of Uzbekistan of ozone-depleting substances for 2005 - 2030 according to appendix No. 4.

2. Prohibit import to the Republic of Uzbekistan from the countries which are the Parties of the Vienna convention on protection of ozone layer of 1985 and the Montreal protocol on the substances destroying ozone layer, 1987:

ozone-depleting substances according to appendix No. 5;

refrigeration equipment and installations of air conditioning with use of the ozone-depleting substances specified in group I of the list A of appendices No. 1 and No. 5 to this resolution.

3. Make changes to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 24, 2000 No. 20 "About measures for accomplishment of the international obligations of the Republic of Uzbekistan for agreements in the field of protection of ozone layer" according to appendix No. 6.

4. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 14, 2000 No. 90 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2000, No. 3, the Art. 12) "On regulation of import to the Republic of Uzbekistan and export from the Republic of Uzbekistan of ozone-depleting substances and products, them containing".

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on Summary information analysis department concerning macroeconomic development, structural transformations, attraction of foreign investments and complex development of the territories and Information analysis department concerning agricultural and water economy, conversion of agricultural products and consumer goods.
