About modification of Rules of transportation of goods by road transport in Ukraine

According to article 47 of the Law of Ukraine "About road transport" and to the subitem 37 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460, and also for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory framework in the field of road transport and elimination of excessive state regulation in the field of motor transportations I order:

1. Registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 20, 1998 for No. 128/2568, after paragraph one to add Item 11.1 of Chapter 11 of Rules of the transportation of goods by road transport in Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of October 14, 1997 No. 363, with the new paragraph the second the following content:

"The commodity-transport delivery note can be drawn up by the subject of managing without observance of the form given in appendix 7 to these rules on condition of availability in it of information on the name of the document, date and the place of its creation, the name (surname, name, middle name) carrier and/or the freight forwarder, the customer, the consignor, the consignee, the name and quantity of load, its main characteristics and signs which give the chance unambiguously to identify this load, the car (brand, model, type, registration number), trail car/semitrailer truck (brand, model, type, registration number), loading points and unloadings with indication of complete address, position, surname and the signature of responsible persons of the consignor, the consignee, the driver and/or the freight forwarder.".
