1. Recognize invalid:

the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship, the State committee of industrial policy of Ukraine of April 26, 2001 No. 68/178 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of precious metals and gemstones, gemstones of organogenic education, semiprecious stones", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 16, 2001 at No. 421/5612;

the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship, the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine of February 26, 2003 No. 15/66 "About approval of the Procedure for control of observance of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of precious metals and gemstones, gemstones of organogenic education, semiprecious stones", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 13, 2003 for No. 202/7523.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to development department of entrepreneurship and regulatory policy submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
