1. Approve the Procedure for control of observance of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of precious metals and gemstones, gemstones of organogenic education, semiprecious stones which is applied.
2. And authorization system Gospredprinimatelstva of Ukraine (Apatenko O. P.) and to Management of non-ferrous and precious metals of the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine (Katunina V. M.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to inspection department provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
