According to article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About the central executive bodies", to No. 120 "Questions of the direction and coordination of activities of Public service for emergency situations", Items 2 and 16 of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731, for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal acts regulating activities of Public service of Ukraine for emergency situations in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine I order to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 25, 2014:

1. Recognize invalid some orders of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

2. To provide to department of legal providing the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (D.V.'s Gorbas) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
