About approval of Changes in Rules of transportation of goods by road transport in Ukraine
According to the Law of Ukraine of July 5, 2011 to No. 3565-VI "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning elimination of excessive state regulation in the field of motor transportations", subitem 4.8.24 of subitem 4.8 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 12, 2011 No. 581, I order:
1. Approve Changes in the Rules of transportation of goods by road transport in Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of October 14, 1997 No. 363, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 20, 1998 at No. 128/2568, which are applied.
2. To provide to department of road transport submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister Efimenko K. A.
