1. Approve the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for financing of creation of objects of the Western rehabilitation and sports center and creation of the All-Ukrainian rehabilitation and recovery sports center of National committee of sport of disabled people of Ukraine which is applied.

2. Item 2 of the Procedure for use of the amount of administrative sanctions and penalty fee for failure to carry out of the standard rate of workplaces for employment of the disabled people who arrived in the government budget, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of January 31, 2007 No. 70 "About implementation of articles 19 and 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About bases of social security of disabled people in Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 8, Art. 282; 2009, No. 68, Art. 2346; 2010, No. 98, Art. 3488; 2013, No. 62, the Art. 2222) to add with the subitem 8 of the following content:

"8) financing of creation of objects of the Western rehabilitation and sports center and creation of the All-Ukrainian rehabilitation and recovery sports center of National committee of sport of disabled people of Ukraine.".
