About modification and amendments in the Order GGNI No. 400 of March 14, 2014. "About approval of the Instruction for accounting of obligations to the budget"

I. In the Instruction for accounting of obligations to the budget approved by the Order GGNI No. 400 of March 14, 2014 to make the following changes and additions.

1. In the Section I "Basic provisions":

- add Item 2 with the following concept at the end:

"The settlement - the name and/or single identification code of the area, according to KATEM. Before entry into force of this order information on settlements will be processed (to be structured) according to information system according to the algorithm which is based on data (information) on registration of taxpayers according to the State tax register. Afterwards the relevant information will be systematized based on data from the tax deeds registered in information system".

2. In the Section VIII "Report generation":

- lit. A) Item 49 after the line "CC01 MI Charge of Penalty Fee" to add with line of the following content: "CC01 DP Report on calculation of penalty fee".

3. In the Section IX "Report generation of CC 01"

- in Item 50: change appendix No. 3 to the Instruction for accounting of obligations to the budget, regarding sample of the report of form CC 01, which will correspond to appendix No. 1 to this order.
