About approval of the Regulations on state registration of associations of legal entities
According to Item 12 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About measures for further deepening of economic reforms, ensuring protection of private property and development of entrepreneurship" the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on state registration of associations of legal entities.
2. Determine that the economic associations (corporations, concerns, associations, the unions, joint-stock companies, etc.) operating in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan irrespective of patterns of ownership, shall undergo till July 1, 1994 state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and on places in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, justice departments of regional khokimiyats.
Activities of the economic associations which did not undergo state registration at the scheduled time are considered illegal and their income is subject to withdrawal in the relevant budget.
3. To oblige district and city khokimiyats to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent passing with all operating economic associations of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan till July 1, 1994.
4. From Item 1 of the Regulations on procedure for state registration of the companies which are in the territory of the Uzbek SSR, the Cabinet of Ministers approved by the resolution of 12 1991 1991 No. 159 (JV UZSSR, 1991, No. 6, of the Art. 19), to exclude the word of "associations".
