1. Approve Regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of one-time financial support to the needing families in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the Khorezm region according to appendix.
2. Determine that the needing families which received one-time financial support can repeatedly address for receipt of this help with the expiration of one year after payment of one-time financial support to them.
3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with charity public foundation of Uzbekistan of Makhall to carry out broad explanatory work among the population about the purpose and purpose of new type of social benefit in the form of one-time financial support to the needing families in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the Khorezm region.
4. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
