Approve "Form of the Certificate on passing of test examinations in positions of public service" it (is applied).

Form of the Certificate on passing of test examinations in positions of public service

1. To person which gained the established lowest passing score at test examination according to article 28.3 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public service", the State examination center of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - the Center) according to meeting of qualification of managerial and auxiliary positions the Certificate (further - the Certificate) confirming passing of test examination in the corresponding position of public service is issued.

2. Managerial and auxiliary positions for issue of the Certificate are divided into the following groups on types of A and B:

2.1. A type - on the managerial leading (managing) positions:

2.1.1. AA group;

2.1.2. AB group;

2.1.3. AC group;

2.2. B type - on the managerial performing positions:
