About approval of the Instruction on questions of escort of vehicles specialized cars of National police and safety of traffic during its implementation

According to Item 12 of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About National police", for the purpose of ensuring escort of vehicles with specialized cars of National police I order:

1. Approve the Instruction on questions of escort of vehicles by specialized cars of National police and safety of traffic during its implementation which is applied.

2. To department of forming of policy for authorities and monitoring under control to the Minister (Bodnar V. E.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of National police of Ukraine.

The instruction on questions of escort of vehicles specialized cars of National police and safety of traffic during its implementation

I. General provisions

1. This Instruction determines the procedure of maintenance and safety of traffic of the dangerous, off-gage and heavy loads transported by vehicles, other vehicles and also maintenances and ensuring safe movement of vehicles of special purpose, vehicles with organized groups of children during movement to places of improvement, rest, excursions and back specialized cars of National police according to the current legislation.
