About modification of Classification of the organizations relating to small business entities

For the purpose of creation of additional favorable conditions for broad development of business activity, and also limiting increase in annual average number of employees of small enterprises in separate labor-consuming industries of economy, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Make changes to the Classification of the organizations relating to small business entities, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 24, 2016 No. 275 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2016, No. 8, the Art. 81):

since April 1, 2017 according to appendix No. 1;

since January 1, 2018 according to appendix No. 2.

2. To the Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Finance, State Tax Committee and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

perform system monitoring and impact assessment of the made changes on development of industries of economy and receipt of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

organize carrying out among subjects of entrepreneurship of broad explanatory work on illumination of provisions of this resolution.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
