About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on traffic safety issues

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on safety issues of traffic of change which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on traffic safety issues

1. The Provision Item 22 paragraph two on the departmental militarized protection on rail transport, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of January 11, 1994 No. 7 - with the changes made by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 16, 1998 No. 1813 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 46, the Art. 1694) and of November 28, 2012 No. 1091 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 91, Art. 3684), to exclude.

2. In Single rules of repair and content of highways, streets, railway crossings, instructions for use them and protection, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 30, 1994 No. 198 (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1994, No. 7, Art. 182; 1995, No. 5, Art. 133; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 52, Art. 2341; 2002, No. 16, Art. 865; 2003, No. 21, Art. 937; 2004, No. 41, Art. 2715; 2007, No. 14, Art. 522):

The second Item 1 of the word "bodies of the State traffic inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (further the State traffic inspectorate)" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph "authorized divisions of National police";

"Head department of the State traffic inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 6 of the word "National police";
