About approval of the Regulations on procedure for licensing of tourist activities
In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 2, 2016 "About measures for ensuring the accelerated development of tourist industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 2, 2016 No. PP-2666 "About the organization of activities of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for tourism development" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. UP-4861:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for licensing of tourist activities according to appendix No. 1.
2. To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on tourism development to carry out inventory count of the licenses granted before entry into force of this resolution to three-months time, to provide reduction of license agreements in compliance with requirements of the Regulations on procedure for licensing of tourist activities approved by this resolution.
3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
