About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning activities in the field of state registration of acts of civil status

According to the subitem 74 Items 4, order to Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, for the purpose of process improvement of provision of administrative services in the field of state registration of acts of civil status and creating favorable conditions for their obtaining:

1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning activities in the field of state registration of acts of civil status which are attached.

2. To department of state registration and notariate, to chiefs of the head territorial administrations of justice in areas and the city of Kiev to provide proper execution of this order.

3. To the administrator of the Electronic register of apostilles, the State register of acts of civil status of citizens to take the adequate measures necessary for implementation of this order within three months from the effective date.

4. To department of private law () submit A.N. Ferens this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

6. To impose control of execution of this order on the first deputy Minister Sevostyanova N. I.

Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning activities in the field of state registration of acts of civil status

1. In the List of departments of state registration of acts of civil status of territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine given in appendix 1 to the Procedure for putting down of apostille on the official documents issued by judicial authorities and courts and also on documents which are processed by notaries of Ukraine, No. 2268/5, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 11, 2015 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 11, 2015 at No. 1419/27864 (with changes):

1) the words "The Dnipropetrovsk District Department of State Registration of Acts of Civil Status of the Head Territorial Administration of Justice in the Dnipropetrovsk Region" shall be replaced with words "The Dnieper district department of state registration of acts of civil status of the Head territorial administration of justice in the Dnipropetrovsk region";

2) the words "Ordzhonikidzevsky City Department of State Registration of Acts of Civil Status of the Head Territorial Administration of Justice in the Dnipropetrovsk Region" shall be replaced with words "The Pokrovsk city department of state registration of acts of civil status of the Head territorial administration of justice in the Dnipropetrovsk region";

3) the words "Bagliysky District Department of State Registration of Acts of Civil Status of the Head Territorial Administration of Justice in the City of Dniprodzerzhynsk in the Dnipropetrovsk Region" shall be replaced with words "Southern district in the city Kamensk department of state registration of acts of civil status of the Head territorial administration of justice in the Dnipropetrovsk region";

4) the words "The Dnieper District Department of State Registration of Acts of Civil Status of the Head Territorial Administration of Justice in the City of Dniprodzerzhynsk in the Dnipropetrovsk Region" shall be replaced with words "Dnieper district in the city Kamensk department of state registration of acts of civil status of the Head territorial administration of justice in the Dnipropetrovsk region";

5) the words "Dzerzhinsky District in the City Kryvyi Rih Department of State Registration of Acts of Civil Status of the Head Territorial Administration of Justice in the Dnipropetrovsk Region" shall be replaced with words "Metallurgical district in the city Kryvyi Rih department of state registration of acts of civil status of the Head territorial administration of justice in the Dnipropetrovsk region";

6) the words "October District in the City Kryvyi Rih Department of State Registration of Acts of Civil Status of the Head Territorial Administration of Justice in the Dnipropetrovsk Region" shall be replaced with words "Pokrovsk district in the city Kryvyi Rih department of state registration of acts of civil status of the Head territorial administration of justice in the Dnipropetrovsk region";

7) the words "Krasnolimansky City Department of State Registration of Acts of Civil Status of the Head Territorial Administration of Justice in Donetsk Region" shall be replaced with words "Limansky city department of state registration of acts of civil status of the Head territorial administration of justice in Donetsk region";

8) the words "The Volodarsk-Volynsk District Department of State Registration of Acts of Civil Status of the Head Territorial Administration of Justice in the Zhytomyr Region" shall be replaced with words "Horoshevsky district department of state registration of acts of civil status of the Head territorial administration of justice in the Zhytomyr region";

9) the words "The Kuibyshev District Department of State Registration of Acts of Civil Status of the Head Territorial Administration of Justice in the Zaporizhia Region" shall be replaced with words "Bilmatsky district department of state registration of acts of civil status of the Head territorial administration of justice in the Zaporizhia region";

10) the words "The Kirovohrad City Department of State Registration of Acts of Civil Status of the Head Territorial Administration of Justice in the Kirovohrad Region" shall be replaced with words "Kropivnitsky city department of state registration of acts of civil status of the Head territorial administration of justice in the Kirovohrad region";

11) the words "The Serf District Department of State Registration of Acts of Civil Status of the Head Territorial Administration of Justice in the City of Kirovohrad in the Kirovohrad Region" shall be replaced with words "The serf district department of state registration of acts of civil status of the Head territorial administration of justice in the city of Kropivnitsky in the Kirovohrad region";

12) the words "Lenin District Department of State Registration of Acts of Civil Status of the Head Territorial Administration of Justice in the City of Luhansk in the Luhansk Region" shall be replaced with words "The Luhansk city department of state registration of acts of civil status of the Head territorial administration of justice in the Luhansk region";

13) the words "The Ilyichevsk City Department of State Registration of Acts of Civil Status of the Head Territorial Administration of Justice in Odessa Region" shall be replaced with words "The Black Sea city department of state registration of acts of civil status of the Head territorial administration of justice in Odessa region";

14) the words "Comintern District Department of State Registration of Acts of Civil Status of the Head Territorial Administration of Justice in Odessa Region" shall be replaced with words "Limansky district department of state registration of acts of civil status of the Head territorial administration of justice in Odessa region";

15) the words "The Kotovsk Gorrayonny Department of State Registration of Acts of Civil Status of the Head Territorial Administration of Justice in Odessa Region" shall be replaced with words "The Podolsk district department of state registration of acts of civil status of the Head territorial administration of justice in Odessa region";
