According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267, for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation in connection with loss of force of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About the principles of prevention and anti-corruption" and the Presidential decree of Ukraine of January 25, 2012 "About procedure for conducting special verification of information about the persons applying for holding the posts, connected with accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government" I order to No. 33:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of July 30, 2012 No. 578 "About procedure for performing medical examination and the special check of person applying for holding the post, connected with accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 21, 2012 at No. 1405/21717.

2. To provide to medical department (Kravchenko V. V.) submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Linchevsky A. V.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
