According to article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 1998 "About natural monopolies" I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) Rules of placement by the subject of natural monopoly of information on rates and tariff estimates on regulated services (goods, works), according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Rules of annual placement by the subject of natural monopoly of the activities report on provision of regulated services (goods, works) before consumers and other interested persons, according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) Rules of annual placement by the subject of natural monopoly of the activities report on provision of regulated utilities (goods, works) before consumers and other interested persons, according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. To committee on regulation of natural monopolies, protection of the competition and the rights of consumers of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
