According to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 "About liquidation of the National commission on questions of regulation of communication of Ukraine" and Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization the approved Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 No. 1067, the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization SOLVED No. 1065:
1. Approve Changes in some decisions of the National commission on questions of regulation of communication of Ukraine which are attached.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to submit to legal support department this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
